Some time in the kitchen with Mikayla...

I had the opportunity to work with Mikayla who is the owner and head baker at Blue Buffalo Bakery. We were able to use the space located at The Loft at The Muse jar in East Aurora for her session which worked perfectly. Mikayla has always loved being in the kitchen with her mother ever since she was little. She has been able to take her passion for baking and hit the ground running with her own business. What I loved about this session was Mikayla was able to bring in a verity of baked goods to finish during the session. This gave me the opportunity to get those lifestyle behind the scene images of Mikayla doing exactly what it is she does.

The Loft and The Muse Jar has a ton of natural light which I used often during this session. The space did allow for me to play with various off camera flash set ups as well. This session was great for trying new lighting variations. This session was shot with my Nikon D750 along with my 24-70mm lens.
